Services
- I am currently accepting private clients in both Alabama and Colorado. Our office in Daphne, AL is now open for in-person appointments. Video appointments are available in both states.
- If you wish to use private insurance or a Medicare plan, please confirm benefits with your company directly.
- We accept an array of insurance plans and will direct you to set up an account with our practice at the time of scheduling. Include the name of your plan in your request to schedule.

I take a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and therapies to help my clients achieve optimal mental health.
